Sponge Cutting Machine
The D&T Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter is a kind of complex shape cutter, which is suitable for flexible foam. The blade cuts with high-speed vibrating, resulting that it will work faster and the product will be smoother. And there is no dust during cutting Flexible PU.
All the machine are driven by the remarkable D&T Profiler software, which speeds up the design process and enables the operator to obtain the best yield from the foam block. Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter has perfect safety system to prevent accidents. It includes: Four safety doors to stop all the motors when they are opened; the brake system when cutting line is broken.
The machine can be produced by customers special requirement.
