3D panel machine
we have two types of 3D panel machine for different customer's requipment.
This is our Vertical Type 3D panel machine.
This machine has the advantage of high output, high welding quality, good evenness of panel, no need water to cooling the welding head, a small number of operator and etc. They are controlled by computer (PLC), so they could be operated and maintained easily. It is a mechanical-electronical integration HI-TECH production.
It includes two main machine: Wire Mesh Welding Machine and Wire Insert Machine. The main function of Vertical Type 3D panel machine as following:
* Vertical Design
The Vertical design settle the high lack-welding rate problem of horizontal type. It makes operation and maintenance much easier.
* Unique wire-insert mechanism
Cut short wire in advance and insert it into polystyrene panel by wire-threading mechanism. It can avoid multipledisadvantages of cutting while welding beside the machine.
* Smart Welding Holder
It makes the weld pressure more evenly and more strongly so that the solder joint can be steady.
* Smooth and Steady Continuous Operation
The length of net sheet is equal to the length of polystyrene panel. So the connection of panel to panel is more convenient.The first panel can easily separate from the next one after welded.
* Wide Core Material
The core material could be complete-panel-type cock(mineral)wool,polystyrene,expanded perlite and so on. The application of rock(mineral)wool and expanded perlite could rise the fireprooting level of light sandwich panel.
* Different Type of Panel
Here are many choice of the panel length and the thickness of the core material. It can produce three types of panel could meet different needs of users. It can be maded of special shape such as curved panel and so on. It also can be use as floor-siab or roof boarding.
